You must be at least 18 years of age to book a ride independently. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the requested time and date. We reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
Fares provided during booking are estimates. Tolls, parking fees, state border taxes, and waiting charges may be extra unless explicitly stated as inclusive. Payment must be made directly to the driver as agreed upon (advance or post-trip).
Passengers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will incur a cleaning or repair fee.
